My Secret Chicken

One pot dish

Ingredients:

One whole organic roasting chicken (innards removed and washed thoroughly)

One cup of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

One and a half cups of Organic honey of your choice

Brine (I used Williams Sonoma Dry Brine) or your favorite combination of seasonings

Bag of organic petite carrots

Bag of pre-chopped organic broccoli

Garnishings of your choice - I used dates and petite Mexican peppers.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275

Line baking dish or dutch oven with Apple Cider Vinegar

Place your  chicken in the pan and lather it with honey and then sprinkle on the seasonings of your choice - to taste - (too much is not enough)

Toss a bag of carrots and/or sliced onions on top

Cover and GO!  275 for 4+ hours.  

This chicken will MELT off it's bones. The juice from the apple cider vinegar and the honey combined with the chicken fat are the perfect gravy for this one pot dish.

One packet of Thrive Chocolate powder

3/4 cup ice

1 cup of milk of your choice (I use rice)

A whole huge handful of raspberries and a teaspoon of peanut butter

Blend and go hug somebody!

One packet of Vital Proteins Peach Matcha

3/4 Ice

1 teaspoon organic honey

1 banana

1 cup of milk of your choice (mine is rice)

Blackberry surprise

One packet of Thrive Vanilla powder

3/4 cups ice

1 cup milk of your choice (oat is my fave here)

1 tablespoon collagen powder (I like Zint)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon almond butter

Blend and boogie it's sooo yummy!
